Hey, I'm Pauline

I’m a life enthusiast, traveler, and long-time student of the body.

Traveling the world on my own taught me how much presence,

resilience, and grounding come from listening to the body rather

than constantly pushing through it.

After a first career in communication focused on social and environmental impact, I chose to expand my work into the body. Yoga and massage allow me to complement words with movement and touch - offering a more tangible, embodied form of care.

My work supports the body in releasing effort, restoring circulation, and finding ease, adapting to your needs through stress, fatigue, or periods of change.

my approach

​I believe mental health is just as important as physical health. This is why my work is rooted in a global and holistic approach, considering the body, the nervous system, emotions, and lived experience as an interconnected whole.

 

Through yoga, bodywork, and somatic practices, my intention is to gently guide you back to what is happening here and now, in your body. 

I place particular importance on supporting the lymphatic system, as it plays a vital role in detoxification, immunity, and fluid balance. Through gentle movement and targeted massage, lymphatic drainage helps the body eliminate waste more efficiently, regulate inflammation, reduce fluid retention, and support immune and recovery processes.
